Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and combine gently until just incorporated.
  4. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and a little more cinnamon. Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle half of the brown sugar mixture on top, and swirl with a knife. Repeat with the remaining batter and brown sugar mixture.
Baking
  1. Place your cake in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow the cake to cool for a few minutes.
Icing
  1. Whisk together the powdered sugar and milk for icing. Drizzle the warm icing over the cake before serving.

Notes
