Preparation

  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  6. Prepare the filling by combining packed brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
Forming Cookies
  1. Place half of the cookie dough onto parchment paper and spread it out into a rectangle.
