Ingredients

For the Jello and Pudding Mix
  • 1 cup Jello powder (any flavor) Use sugar-free options for fewer calories.
  • 2 cups Instant Pudding Mix (any flavor) Choose your favorite flavor.
  • 2 cups Milk Consider using almond or oat milk for a lower calorie option.
  • 1 cup Water Always use cold water for best results.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the Jello powder in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring well. Allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix with 2 cups of milk until it thickens, about 2 minutes.
  3. Once the Jello has cooled, gradually pour it into the pudding mixture. Stir gently until fully combined for a swirled effect.
  4. Carefully pour or spoon the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.
  5. If your molds have built-in sticks, insert them now. If using regular molds, you can insert wooden sticks after about an hour of freezing when they are partially set.
  6. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
  7. To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds. Carefully pull the pops out and indulge in the creamy, frozen delight!

Consider using low-calorie ingredients for a healthier option. Try different flavor combinations to keep them exciting. Avoid mistakes like not allowing Jello to cool before mixing or overfilling molds.
