Preparation
- Rinse and slice the fresh strawberries into small pieces and set aside.
- In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the strawberry gelatin powder until dissolved completely.
- Add in 1 cup of cold water to cool the mixture and stir well.
- Gently fold the sliced strawberries into the gelatin mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or serving dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut into squares or scoop into bowls and enjoy.

Store leftover gelatin in an airtight container for up to one week. Can be prepped 1-2 days in advance.
