Ingredients
  

For the Gelatin
  • 1 packet Strawberry Gelatin Powder Provides the primary flavor and color
  • 2 cup Water One cup boiling, one cup cold
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries Rinsed, hulled, and sliced; can be substituted with other berries
  • to taste Sweetener (Optional) Use a low-calorie alternative to reduce sugar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse and slice the fresh strawberries into small pieces and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the strawberry gelatin powder until dissolved completely.
  4. Add in 1 cup of cold water to cool the mixture and stir well.
  5. Gently fold the sliced strawberries into the gelatin mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mold or serving dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, cut into squares or scoop into bowls and enjoy.

Notes
