Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all necessary ingredients and tools, including a mixing bowl, whisk, measuring cups, and a mold or dish for setting.
  2. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of clear gelatin powder with 1 cup of cold water. Let it sit for about 5 to 10 minutes until it absorbs the water and swells.
  3. Heat 1 cup of water in a saucepan until it starts to simmer. Add the bloomed gelatin, stirring gently until fully dissolved. Remove from heat.
  4. If using sweeteners or flavorings, mix them in now, stirring consistently. Taste to check for desired sweetness.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds or a glass dish. Cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes before refrigerating.
  6. Place the gelatin in the fridge for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  7. Once chilled, cut into pieces or shape as desired. Serve and enjoy!
