Preparation
- Brew your favorite strong coffee and let it cool slightly.
- In a saucepan, add ½ cup of cold water and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin over it. Let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
- Warm the gelatin mixture over low heat until fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes, avoiding boiling.
- Add the brewed coffee and ½ cup of sweetener to the dissolved gelatin. Stir until fully mixed.
- Carefully pour the mixture into shot glasses or a mold of choice, leaving a little space at the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve as cool jiggly shots, either directly in glasses or popped out of the mold.
