  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin powder Can be replaced with agar-agar for a vegetarian option.
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar or honey Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 2 tablespoons Cold water Aids in dissolving the gelatin.

Preparation
  1. Brew your favorite coffee. Use about 500ml of freshly brewed coffee for a strong flavor. Let it cool to room temperature.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the gelatin powder with cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it blooms.
  3. Gently heat the brewed coffee in a saucepan over low heat without boiling. Stir in the sugar or honey until dissolved.
  4. Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm coffee mixture and stir well until fully dissolved. Remove from heat.
  5. Carefully pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish and let it cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  6. Transfer to the refrigerator and let it set for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  7. Cut into cubes or spoon out from the mold. Serve with whipped cream or fresh fruit if desired.
