Method
 

Preparation

  3. In another bowl, whisk the melted butter, brown sugar, and honey until smooth.
  4. Add the egg and buttermilk to the wet mixture, mixing well.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just blended.
Baking
  1. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Use a toothpick to check for doneness.
