  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice) Mix with a sprinkle of Parmesan for extra flavor.
  • to taste seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder) Adjust spices based on your preferences.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula until completely cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir them into the cooked meat. Cook until warmed through, about 5 minutes if using frozen veggies.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat. In a large mixing bowl, combine the meat and veggies with the cooked rice and cream of mushroom soup. Blend well until evenly coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish, ensuring it’s spread evenly and compact slightly.
  6. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
