Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • as desired fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro), for garnish

Equipment

  • air fryer Used to achieve crispy cauliflower without deep frying.
  • Large bowl For mixing cauliflower and seasonings.
  • Tongs or spatula To shake or flip florets halfway through.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the florets. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Place seasoned florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Work in batches if needed.
  5. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh herbs if using.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
