- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the florets. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place seasoned florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Work in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh herbs if using.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
