Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- If using fresh broccoli, steam or blanch florets for 2-3 minutes and chop finely. For frozen, thaw and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment or into the air fryer basket.
Cooking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving with your choice of dipping sauce.
