Preparation
- In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F or prepare your slow cooker on low heat.
- Divide your cookie dough into small balls (roughly the size of a golf ball).
Assembly and Cooking
- Flatten each cookie dough ball, place about a tablespoon of cheesecake filling in the center, and fold the dough over to seal. Form into a waffle shape.
- Spray the air fryer basket or slow cooker insert with cooking spray. Place the croffles inside and cook for about 10-12 minutes in the air fryer or 2-3 hours on low in the slow cooker, until golden brown.
- Allow the croffles to cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce or add fresh fruit for a perfect finish.
