Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts Can substitute with chicken thighs or tofu.
  • 4 slices Bacon Turkey bacon can be used for a leaner option.
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing Homemade ranch can enhance flavor.
  • 4 pieces Tortillas Choose flour, whole wheat, or lettuce wraps.
Toppings
  • 1 cup Lettuce Chopped, can substitute with spinach.
  • 1 medium Tomato Chopped, can add avocado slices.
  • 1/2 cup Cheese Grated, optional to mix and match types.

Method

Cooking the Chicken and Bacon
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and pan-fry in a bit of oil over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. In a separate pan, cook bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Preparing Toppings and Assembling Wraps
  1. While the chicken and bacon are cooking, chop your lettuce and tomatoes and grate the cheese.
  2. Once the chicken has cooled slightly, slice it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Layer the chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese on a tortilla, then drizzle with ranch dressing.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
  5. For extra crunch, place the assembled wrap seam-side down in a hot skillet for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cut the wraps in half diagonally and plate them for serving, arranging them for visibility.
