  • 1/3 cup Pizza Sauce Homemade or store-bought.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Mozzarella or your favorite cheese.

  • Pepperoni, bell peppers, olives Choose your favorite toppings.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thick.
  3. Slice the dough into small triangles or squares.
  4. Place the cut dough pieces on a lined baking sheet and brush each lightly with olive oil.
  5. Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce onto each chip, followed by a sprinkle of cheese.
  6. Add any optional toppings you've chosen.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
