  • 1 box chicken stuffing mix (6 oz) Provides the classic stuffing topping.
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (12–16 oz) Do not thaw before adding.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz) Provides creamy richness.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Melts on top for added flavor.
  • 1 cup sour cream Makes the sauce creamy.
  • 1.5 tsp Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning For savory flavor.
  • 2 cups chicken broth Divided; supplies moisture.
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper For mild heat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot in a single layer for even cooking.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup chicken broth, Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring the tops are covered.
  4. Add the frozen mixed vegetables on top without thawing.
  5. Sprinkle the chicken stuffing mix over the vegetables evenly.
  6. Add the remaining chicken broth over the stuffing mix, pouring slowly.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes, until chicken is tender.
  2. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.
Serving
  1. Serve and enjoy, shredding chicken before serving if desired.
