Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot in a single layer for even cooking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup chicken broth, Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring the tops are covered.
- Add the frozen mixed vegetables on top without thawing.
- Sprinkle the chicken stuffing mix over the vegetables evenly.
- Add the remaining chicken broth over the stuffing mix, pouring slowly.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes, until chicken is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.
Serving
- Serve and enjoy, shredding chicken before serving if desired.
