- Layer half of the kielbasa, onions, and dollops of cream cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
Seasoning and Cheese
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly over the top layer.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for about 4-6 hours until everything is hot and bubbly.

- Stir to combine before serving.
