Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 12 oz pierogi Preferably potato and cheese filled
  • 1 lb kielbasa Smoked sausage, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened for easy mixing
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese For topping
  • 1 onion Chopped
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spray the crockpot with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Chop the kielbasa and onions into bite-sized pieces.
Layering
  1. Add half of the pierogi to the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Layer half of the kielbasa, onions, and dollops of cream cheese.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
Seasoning and Cheese
  1. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly over the top layer.
  2. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for about 4-6 hours until everything is hot and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Stir to combine before serving.
