Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
  2. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth around the chicken breasts.
Cooking
  1. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is easy to shred.
  2. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
  3. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker, mixing it with the broth.
