Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- On a clean surface, roll out your pizza dough into a rectangular shape about 1/4-inch thick.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving about an inch around the edges.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese evenly over the sauce, followed by your desired toppings.
- Starting from one of the longer sides, carefully roll the dough tightly and pinch the seams to seal.
- Cut the rolled dough into one-inch wide pieces and place them cut-side up onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
Cooking
- Brush the tops lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano or Italian seasoning if desired.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden-brown and the cheese is bubbling.
