  • 1 cup shredded coconut Dyed pink or left white for bunny ears.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, 3 large eggs, 1 cup water, and 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Mix until the batter is smooth and uniform.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake according to package instructions, about 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
  5. Poke holes all over the surface of the warm cake using the handle of a wooden spoon, about 1 inch apart.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk the pudding mix with 2 cups cold milk until thickened, then pour evenly over the cake.
  7. Refrigerate the pudding-filled cake for 1 hour.
Topping and Decorating
  1. Spread the thawed whipped topping evenly over the chilled cake.
  2. Decorate with pastel-colored jelly beans or candy-coated chocolates.
  3. Shape shredded coconut into bunny ears and place on the cake.
  4. Add optional candy eyes or other decorations to create a bunny face.
  5. Chill the decorated cake for an additional 30 minutes before serving.
