Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 pre-made pre-made graham cracker crust Provides a buttery, slightly crunchy foundation.
Jell-O Layers
  • 1 3 oz box lemon Jell-O Bright, citrus-flavored gelatin for the first layer.
  • 1 3 oz box grape Jell-O Sweet, purple gelatin for the second layer.
  • 1 3 oz box berry blue Jell-O Vibrant blue gelatin for the third layer.
  • 3 cups boiling water Used to dissolve the Jell-O powders.
  • 3 cups cold water Added to each gelatin mixture for setting.
Cream Cheese Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Provides a rich, tangy, creamy body.
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping Lightens the cream cheese for a smooth filling.
Decorations
  • to taste whipped cream For garnish.
  • to taste pastel sprinkles Festive decoration.
  • to taste candy eggs Cute decoration for Easter.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare three bowls and pour one 3 oz box of Jell-O powder into each bowl.
  2. Pour 1 cup of boiling water into each bowl and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add 1 cup of cold water to each bowl and stir to combine, allowing to cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese until light and evenly combined.
  6. Divide the cream cheese mixture into three portions, stirring one into each Jell-O bowl.
Layering
  1. Pour the lemon Jell-O and cream cheese mixture into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate until slightly set, about 30 minutes.
  2. Once the lemon layer is slightly set, pour the grape Jell-O and cream cheese mixture over it and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
  3. After the grape layer is slightly set, pour the berry blue Jell-O and cream cheese mixture on top and refrigerate again for 30 minutes.
  4. Chill the assembled pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to set completely before serving.
Serving
  1. Before serving, top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and candy eggs.

Notes

Make sure the Jell-O mixtures are only slightly warm before adding cream cheese. Chill each layer to prevent colors from bleeding. Ideal for up to 4 days in the refrigerator. Not suitable for freezing.
