- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into rectangular pieces (about 4 inches by 6 inches).
- Place cheese and pepperoni (or your choice of filling) in the center of each rectangle, leaving some space around the edges.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top of the fillings if desired.
- Fold the edges over the filling and roll it up tightly to form a log. Pinch the ends to seal.
- Spray with olive oil to ensure a crispy finish, then place the roll-ups in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm with marinara sauce!
