  • 1 package package of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese You can substitute with other cheeses if desired.
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices (or any filling of choice) Feel free to mix and match your favorite fillings.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional) Enhances flavor; can be omitted.

  • as needed Marinara sauce For dipping.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into rectangular pieces (about 4 inches by 6 inches).
  3. Place cheese and pepperoni (or your choice of filling) in the center of each rectangle, leaving some space around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top of the fillings if desired.
  5. Fold the edges over the filling and roll it up tightly to form a log. Pinch the ends to seal.
  6. Spray with olive oil to ensure a crispy finish, then place the roll-ups in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 8–10 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm with marinara sauce!
