  • 1 cup lemonade Use store-bought or homemade lemonade.
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Provides texture and forms the crust.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish with oil or butter. You can also line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the lemonade and graham cracker crumbs. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is set.
  2. Remove from the oven and allow to cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before slicing.
