Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Ensure the rack is in the center for even cooking.
- In a large baking dish, combine the rice, chicken broth, water, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and dried parsley. Mix well.
- Place chicken pieces on top of the rice mixture in a single layer.
Cooking
- Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for about 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
- Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
Use a large baking dish to prevent overflow. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freezing is also an option for up to 2 months, but the texture may change slightly.
