- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss the frozen sweet potato fries with a light spray of olive oil and salt. Add any optional spices if desired.
- Place the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Don’t overcrowd to ensure even cooking.
Cooking
- Air fry the fries for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.
- If you prefer your fries extra crispy, add an additional 2-5 minutes of cooking time.
- Once they’re golden brown, remove from the basket and let cool briefly before serving. Enjoy hot!
