  1. Gather your ingredients: Make sure to have your fruit juice, gelatin, sweetener, and water ready. Measure out the quantities you will need.

  3. In a saucepan, pour the fruit juice and heat it gently over low to medium heat until warm, not boiling.
  4. Once the juice is warm, add the bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved, about 3-4 minutes. Sweeten to taste if desired.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds or a pan and cover it with plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Once set, remove from molds or cut into squares. Enjoy chilled!
