Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts, boneless and skinless Choose similar-sized breasts for even cooking. Pat dry before seasoning.
  • 4 tablespoons butter Unsalted or salted will work; butter melts into the pan and keeps the meat moist.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic gives the best aroma and flavor; mince finely so it distributes evenly.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season both sides of the chicken to bring out the flavors.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Adds mild color and a gentle smoky-sweet note.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Brightens the finished dish with color and a fresh herb note.

  5. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken breasts, basting the tops with a spoon or brush.
