Sautéing
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely diced onion and cook until softened, about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and ground beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, breaking it into pieces with a spatula.
Combining and Seasoning
- Stir in the beef broth and red pepper flakes if using. Let simmer for a few minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture in the skillet, mixing well.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Serving
- Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
