Preparation
  1. Gather your ingredients: Measure out 2 cups of your favorite fruit juice and 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder.
  2. Bloom the gelatin: Sprinkle the gelatin over 1 cup of cold water or juice in a mixing bowl and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the mixture: In a saucepan, warm the remaining cup of juice or water on medium heat until it's warm but not boiling.
  4. Combine: Once heated, remove from heat and slowly add the bloomed gelatin mixture into the warm liquid, stirring until fully dissolved.
  5. Pour and chill: Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow dish and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours until set.
  6. Unmold and enjoy: Once set, carefully pop the gelatin out of molds or cut into squares. Serve chilled.
  7. Store: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
