  1. Gather your unflavored gelatin, water or juice, sweetener, and fruits.
  2. In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of gelatin with 1 cup of warm water or juice. Stir gently until the gelatin is completely dissolved, which may take about 2-3 minutes.
  3. If desired, mix in your chosen sweetener. Stir until everything is well combined.
  4. Chop any fruit you’re using into small pieces and add them to the mixture.
  5. Pour the gelatin mixture into a mold or bowl and refrigerate for 2-4 hours until fully set.
  6. Once set, cut into cubes or serve in bowls. Garnish with more fruit or yogurt if desired.
