Method
 

Preparation
  1. Decide whether to use water or juice as the liquid base.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin powder over the cold water or juice and let it bloom for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Gently heat another cup of water or juice until steaming but not boiling, then remove from heat.
  4. Whisk the bloomed gelatin into the hot liquid until fully dissolved, adding sweeteners if desired.
  5. If using, chop fresh fruits into bite-sized pieces and add to the mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mold or individual cups, cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2-4 hours until firm.
Serving
  1. Once set, pop the gelatin out of the mold, scoop into a bowl, chill to serve cold, and enjoy.
