Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups Water Acts as a base to infuse flavors.
  • 1-2 inches Fresh Ginger Peeled and sliced thinly.
Optional Ingredients
  • 1-2 teaspoons Honey Natural sweetener to enhance flavor.
  • 1/2 whole Lemon Juice to add a refreshing taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel the fresh ginger using a spoon or peeler and slice it thinly.
  2. In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  3. Once the water is boiling, add the sliced ginger and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in honey and/or lemon juice if desired.
  5. Strain the ginger pieces and pour the drink into a mug.
  6. Optionally, let it cool slightly, pour over ice, and garnish with lemon or mint.
