Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine your choice of cooked protein, shredded cheese, and diced veggies. Season this mixture with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
- Lightly heat each tortilla in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 10-15 seconds on each side to make them easier to fold.
Assembly
- Place about 1/2 cup of the filling mixture in the center of each tortilla. Be careful not to overfill, as this can make it difficult to wrap.
- Fold the sides over the filling and then roll from the bottom up, tucking in the edges as you go to secure the contents inside.
Cooking
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet over medium heat. Place the burrito seam-side down in the skillet and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
