Ingredients
  

  • 6 sheets graham crackers, broken into pieces
  • 6 oz chocolate (milk, dark, or preferred variety)
  • 2 cups marshmallows (regular or mini)
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional, for richness)

Equipment

  • Air fryer or slow cooker Used to melt and brown the s'mores
  • Oven-safe or air fryer-safe dish To hold the layered ingredients
  • spatula or spoon For serving the s'mores

Method
 

  1. Prepare your appliance. Set slow cooker to low or preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Layer graham cracker pieces on the bottom of a greased crockpot or air fryer-safe dish.
  3. Add pieces of chocolate evenly over the graham crackers.
  4. Top with marshmallows to cover the chocolate layer completely.
  5. Repeat layers for extra indulgence, finishing with marshmallows on top.
  6. Cook:
    • Slow cooker: 1–2 hours on low.
    • Air fryer: 5–7 minutes or until marshmallows are golden and chocolate melted.
  7. Serve immediately while warm and gooey. Scoop with a fork or spoon.
