- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to combine, then add the vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the flour until just combined, leaving it slightly lumpy.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Baking
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top is deeply browned and slightly puffed.
- Allow it to cool in the pan for 20 minutes before lifting it out using the parchment paper.
