  • 4 links Italian Sausage Choose mild or spicy according to your taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For added flavor and to help with crispiness.
  • to taste Italian Seasoning Optional: add to boost flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. If desired, lightly coat the sausages with olive oil and season with Italian seasoning.
  3. Arrange the sausages in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the sausages for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  2. If you prefer them crispier, add a few extra minutes to the cook time.
Serving
  1. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
  2. Slice and serve as desired with your favorite accompaniments!
