Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- If desired, lightly coat the sausages with olive oil and season with Italian seasoning.
- Arrange the sausages in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
- Air fry the sausages for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- If you prefer them crispier, add a few extra minutes to the cook time.
Serving
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Slice and serve as desired with your favorite accompaniments!
