  1. Gather your ingredients: Make sure you have gelatin, water or fruit juice, sugar, and any desired add-ins like fruit or whipped cream.
  2. In a mixing bowl, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 tablespoons of gelatin. Stir until fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Mix in 1 cup of cold water or fruit juice along with any sweeteners and stir well until combined.
  4. If you want to add fruits, mix them into your Jello mixture now.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving cups or molds. If using fruit, arrange them decoratively at the bottom for a fun surprise.
  6. Place the cups or molds in the refrigerator and allow them to set for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  7. Once set, run a knife around the edges if necessary, and pop the Jello out onto plates. Top with whipped cream if desired.
