  • 2 cups Gelatin powder Use flavored or unflavored gelatin as preferred.
  • 1 cup Cold water or ice Helps to cool and set the gelatin.
Optional Ingredients
  • to taste Low-calorie sweetener Optional for added sweetness.
  • 1 cup Fruits Optional; berries or citrus work well.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil water in a small pot over medium heat.
  2. Remove the pot from heat, then add gelatin powder and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Mix in cold water or ice to cool the gelatin mixture.
  4. If desired, add the low-calorie sweetener and adjust to taste.
Setting and Serving
  1. Pour the mixture into a mold or bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  2. Once set, cut into serving sizes and enjoy.
