Preparation
- Sprinkle the gelatin into a small bowl to prevent clumps and allow for even hydration.
- Heat the liquid to around 160 to 180°F, avoiding boiling.
- Pour a few tablespoons of hot liquid over the gelatin and stir until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and sweetener while warm, stirring well to dissolve.
- Combine with remaining hot liquid, pour into a cup and refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or enjoy warm.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Stir chilled servings before consuming if they set very firmly. Freezing not recommended; thaw slowly in the fridge.
