- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat evenly. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the chicken and toss until each piece is evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove, let cool slightly, garnish with herbs if desired, and serve hot.
