  1. Collect fresh green tea leaves or tea bags, a lemon, ginger root, cucumber, and mint leaves.
  2. Boil 2 cups of water and pour it over 2 green tea bags or a tablespoon of loose leaves. Let it steep for about 5-7 minutes until it’s a vibrant green color.
  3. While the tea cools, slice half a cucumber and chop a small piece of ginger.
  4. In a large pitcher, combine the brewed tea, cucumber slices, ginger, and juice from half a lemon.
  5. Toss in a handful of fresh mint leaves for that extra layer of flavor and aroma.
