Method
- Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up three bowls: one with the almond flour and seasonings, one with the beaten eggs, and one with sliced avocado wedges.
- Slice avocados in half, remove pit, and cut into wedges.
- Dip each avocado wedge into the egg, then into the seasoned flour mixture. Press lightly to coat well.
- Place the wedges on a lined baking tray or air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray the coated wedges with olive oil to help them brown.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or air fry for 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
