These Keto Avocado Fries are crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and absolutely addictive. A perfect low-carb snack or appetizer ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced into wedges
  • 1 cup almond flour (or coconut flour for nut-free option)
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil spray for air frying or baking

Equipment

  • Air fryer or oven Used for cooking the avocado fries until crispy.
  • mixing bowls To hold flour, egg, and avocado slices.
  • Baking sheet or air fryer basket Used to place the coated avocado wedges.
  • tongs For flipping and handling wedges easily.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up three bowls: one with the almond flour and seasonings, one with the beaten eggs, and one with sliced avocado wedges.
  3. Slice avocados in half, remove pit, and cut into wedges.
  4. Dip each avocado wedge into the egg, then into the seasoned flour mixture. Press lightly to coat well.
  5. Place the wedges on a lined baking tray or air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Spray the coated wedges with olive oil to help them brown.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes or air fry for 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Notes
