Method
- Start by hard boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 9-12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath to cool.
- In a bowl, mix ground sausage, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Peel the eggs. Flatten a portion of sausage in your hand and wrap around each egg until fully enclosed.
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F or oven to 400°F. Lightly grease air fryer basket or baking tray with olive oil spray.
- Cook:
- Air Fryer: 15–18 minutes until sausage is browned and cooked through.
- Oven: 20–25 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
- Let the eggs rest for a few minutes before slicing. This helps the juices settle and improves presentation.
- Slice in half and enjoy with mustard or dipping sauce of your choice.
