  1. Gather Ingredients: Start by measuring out 1 cup of lemon juice, 2 cups of water, and 2 tablespoons of gelatin.
  2. Mix Water and Gelatin: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with the gelatin. Stir it well and allow it to bloom for about 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the Mixture: Place the saucepan over low heat while stirring until the gelatin completely dissolves. This should take about 2-3 minutes.

  5. Cool the Tonic: Pour the mixture into a suitable container and let it cool to room temperature. This will take approximately 30 minutes.
  6. Refrigerate: Once cooled, place the tonic in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until it has set into a jelly-like consistency.
