Preparation

  5. Beat in the egg, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  7. Using a tablespoon, scoop out dough and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared sheets.
Baking
