- Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let bloom for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Heat the flavored liquid until steaming, then pour over bloomed gelatin and stir until dissolved.
- Add sweetener and any extracts or citrus, stirring to combine. Adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
- Pour into molds or cups and chill uncovered for the first hour, then cover and chill for an additional 1.5 to 3 hours until firm.
