Preparation
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Fold in mini marshmallows gently.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top. Tap to remove air bubbles.
- Allow to cool for about 2 hours at room temperature or 1 hour in the fridge.
- Lift fudge out using parchment paper and cut into squares for serving.
