  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk Adds creaminess and binds the fudge.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Provides smooth texture, use unsalted to control saltiness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Deepens chocolate flavor.
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows Adds sweetness and fun texture.
  • pinch salt Enhances overall flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows gently.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top. Tap to remove air bubbles.
  6. Allow to cool for about 2 hours at room temperature or 1 hour in the fridge.
  7. Lift fudge out using parchment paper and cut into squares for serving.
