Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of self-rising flour with 1 cup of heavy cream. Stir gently until the mixture forms a soft dough.
- Lightly flour your working surface and turn out the dough. Gently pat it into a rectangle about 1 inch thick. Cut out rounds of dough with a biscuit cutter or glass and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake the biscuits in your preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they're golden brown on top.
- Let the biscuits cool for a few minutes on a wire rack before serving.
