Preparation
  1. Gather your ingredients, including gelatin powder, your chosen juice, water, and any sweetening agents if desired.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with 2 tablespoons of gelatin. Heat gently over low heat, stirring constantly until completely dissolved, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Once the gelatin is dissolved, remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of fruit juice, mixing well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Add sweetener of choice to taste and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or bowl and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours or until set.
  6. Once set, gently remove the gelatin from the mold (if using one) and cut it into squares or serve in bowls. Enjoy it chilled.
