Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract. Sift in the cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until fully blended.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, form small balls about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a greased baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes until puffed and set at the edges.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
