- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract. Sift in the cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until fully blended.
- Using a cookie scoop, form small balls about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a greased baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes until puffed and set at the edges.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
