Preparation
- Rinse the chicken tenders under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken tenders to the bowl and toss them until evenly coated with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the basket.
- Air fry the chicken tenders for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the tenders from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
